Unlocking the importer
The importer may at times successfully import part of a spreadsheet and then “lock” itself.
It will display a message saying “Importing – xx% complete.”
To unlock the importer, click on the “Unlock” tab at the top right of the page.
Click “Unlock”, and follow any remaining prompts to unlock the importer.
After the importer is unlocked, run the previous import a second time to ensure that all items are imported (previously imported items will be updated, skipped items will be created).
