A Hub for First Nations Media Archives

“Our Archives, Our Stories is a platform for Australian First Nations community media organisations to archive and share their unique and signficant audiovisual collections. The hub is built on the Mukurtu content management system and managed by First Nations Media Australia.

Building on a trial of the platform in 2020 with three pilot organisations – PAW Media, PAKAM and Umeewarra Media – First Nations Media Australia is currently supporting other First Nations media organisations to establish archives on the hub. A First Nations Media sector history collection is also in development (contributions welcome).”
